Did you know that you can advertise your rental property FREE on our web site?

All we ask is 10% of the rental money when we send bookings to you. This does not commit you to anything and does not change your current booking system. We shall need photos of course and information about your rental property and we will then publish it on your behalf. When we get a booking enquiry we shall contact you for your confirmation. We cannot guarantee bookings but you can use this method as an alternative advertising medium and perhaps earn extra money without incurring extra costs.

We are a long established rental company with our own customer list and we are looking to raise our profile with this new internet service.

Q. What do we do?

A:  Advertise your holiday home FREE on our web site. We do not charge you a fee because we take a small commission from the rental money we generate. No customers, No fee. We do not hold your keys or hold you to contracts of any form

Q. What do you get?

A: A chance to get even more income from a wider range of customers by us also advertising your holiday home in parallel with your existing arrangements. We have vast experience in holiday rentals and a data base of customers that grows each year.

Q: How does the system work?

A: When someone sees your property on our web site and makes a request to rent it, we contact you immediately to confirm availability. We then contact our customer again for final details and arrange the payment of deposits and security bond etc

Q: How much does it cost me?

A: Nothing. We take 10% of the rental money only and the rest is forwarded to you. That way it doesn’t actually cost you anything, just a percentage out of your rental fee. If we have to phone long distance or send FAX these charges are made at current day-time rate)

Q: What is the payment structure?

A: A deposit of ₤100 to be paid on confirmation by our customer with the final balance to be paid 6/8 weeks before arrival date which also includes ₤100 returnable deposit against breakages/damages. This will be on the discretion of your villa cleaners/caretaker

Q: How do I get paid?

A: Usually you will be paid directly by the renter because when we receive the booking deposit and the security bond of £100 from the customer we take our 10% commission and pass all the booking details over to you together with the remaining money and security bond. They are then notified by us to contact you to arrange arrival times and payment of final balance.
There might be instances when the renter will want to pay the full amount up front to us. In this case we shall notify you that we have collected all the money and send all balances directly to you.

Q: How do I get started?

A: We need 5 good pictures and a description of your villa with details of local area shops, towns and markets. A good idea is to include local attractions such as Beaches, Aqua parks, Theme parks, mountains, lakes, sports, tennis, gyms and water sports available, golf courses etc. The more information we have will make your property more attractive to visitors

Q: Do I need a caretaker/ key holder?

A. You do need a caretaker, key holder or neighbour in the area of you villa/apartment for key collection & cleaning etc. If you are close to Alicante area you have the option to use our own services.

 

Q Does the house have to be fully furnished?

A: The villa/apartment has to be fully furnished. The more your property is equipped for comfort the more likely it will rented (IE: TV/CD/DVD system, washing machine and all mod cons, air con, swimming pool).

Q: How much shall I charge to rent my property out?

A. You decide on the amount to charge and if you keep your price structure reasonable you will find you get lots more bookings.

Q: What about “out of season” bookings.

A: We recommend that price structures be kept simple and that you use the following as a guide only: Low season: November, December, January, February and March. Mid season: April, May, June and October High season: July, August and September.

Q: What about cleaning and laundry

A: Naturally you will have local arrangements for this facility with your key holder or current local agent.

Q: What about cancellations?

A: Our rental clients are asked to pay £100 as confirmation, with the remainder of their balance payable at least 8 weeks prior to travel. If a client fails to do so, they will forfeit any monies paid and we will have time to potentially find another client.

Q: What assurances do I have as to the security, maintenance & well-being of my property?

A: A £100 security deposit will be required with all bookings, which will not be released to outgoing clients until notification by your care-taker/cleaning staff.

Q: How are ‘changeovers, arrivals & departures overseen?

A: It is imperative that you have your own caretaker/ key-holder in place that can provide details on travel, maps/rendezvous etc. and contact numbers for clients who may stray in transit.

Q: What is my responsibility as the villa owner?

A: Once you have confirmed a booking and we have taken a deposit on your behalf it is essential that you do not double book and accept a further booking that might clash or jeopardize the agreed dates. Once we have your villa information and your rental prices recorded it is then advertised on our web site. If / when we receive an enquiry we then contact you with the booking enquiry. We then contact our customer with confirmation. We take 10% of the rental price. Charges for Phone calls, Faxes etc are charged at current but are minimal.
